The Sunset Mesa Neighborhood Association survives on volunteers and annual dues paid by homeowners.  Dues cover costs of the website, postage, paper, incidentals, and the annual meeting.  In late summer homeowners will receive a dues notice which can be mailed in or turned in at the Annual Meeting in September.  Dues are $40 a year.
